WE ARE BOBBY ROOT!!

This is my son Bobby W. Root. 
This is the only thing I see every single time I close my eyes,my son, my very own flesh and blood laying there in that hospital bed.
Every time the noise of the day has stopped I hear the beeps of the machines that were struggling to keep him alive. I can still see the tears in his eyes as I talked to him.....

On January 1, 2012 Bobby was shot by his live in girlfriend and mother to his child, Adeline Isaacson. 
They had been to a New Years Eve party earlier that day and they had both consumed alchohol as well as recreational drugs.They had been arguing the entire day and at one point we know Adeline had slapped him across the face. When they got home they continued to argue and fuss with each other,and in the heat of the arguement she pulled out her pistol that she always carried in her waistband and shot him in the head. Bobby was unarmed, yet she chose to take his life in that very moment.
When she shot him the bullet severed the blood supply to his brain and then went into the part of his brain that allowed him to speak and understand speech.  So the entire time at the hospital as I was telling him that I loved him and I begged him to fight for his life he couldn't understand anthing I had said.
Bobby fought to hold on for 3 more days, He died on January 4, 2012. 
The day before Bobby died Adeline moved back in with her ex-boyfriend as if nothing had ever happened.

My son is dead and Adeline Isaacson is still out on the street doing what she wants with whom she wants. She brags about shooting Bobby and how tough she is, she brags that all she had to do was say self defense.She feels no remorse for what she has done.
If she would have been caught with drugs on her then it would have warranted a possible drug test and an arrest.
Or, if she would have shot him by accident it would have been wrongful death so she would have been most likely charged. 
Even better, If she would have accidently wrecked the truck on the way home and killed him, it would have been deemed manslaughter, and she would have already been in jail.

The night that bobby was shot,the only thing that was noticed was that Bobby had one prior arrest for domestic battery against her. 
It didn't matter that the arrest was made when she came home,again intoxicated and high on drugs and started hitting him with the baby in his arms..or that she had run him over with her car. 
Even the fact that there were people there that wrote statements about all of this she still wasn't put in handcuffs. 
Instead,Bobby, being the guy, went to jail and Adeline, being the female, went home to sleep off her high. 
When everything was said and done, Bobby was offered a plea deal, Either go home on probation for pleading guilty or fight the charge and sit in jail for an unknown length of time awaiting a trial. He was 24 yrs old with three kids at home that depended on him, 2 of them were her kids from previous relationships but bobby didnt care about any of that as far as he was concerned they were his and he loved and cared for them as his own flesh and blood. So...He did what any parent would, he chose the probation.

Even with all the fighting and fussing they had done the past three years neither of them ever hurt one another enough to warrant a band-aid or even an ice pack, With the acception of 4th of July when Adeline pistol whipped Bobby and busted his face open during another arguement, once again drugs and alcohol were involved.
Some may ask why bobby stayed... the truth of the matter is that he loved her but more importantly he loved those kids more than anything in the world,and he intended to be there for them for the rest of his life.
She has a history of violent crimes and Gun charges, yet shes walking around as if nothing happened and alls she had to do was say "Self Defense".

Meanwhile,my son is gone.. I will never get him back,I will never get to hear his voice again or see him smile one last time,and me and my family must pick up the pieces of our broken hearts while we are left with nothing but questions and no answers.
